Crooms Bell Schedule Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Crooms Bell Schedule! Our Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to access to our platform, discussions, and community interactions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you feel excluded, please contact our administration lead, Andrew, to recommend changes or improvements.

2. General User Rights

Regardless of the specific service or feature you are using, we provide the following basic rights to all users:

• Access our services without interruption, barring any technical issues.
• Post content to and engage with the services.
• Participate in meaningful, respectful, and entertaining discussions.

Please be aware that these rights may be revoked or restricted if you violate any provision of these Terms.

3. Conditional Rights

There are certain actions that may be deemed offensive or controversial and require prior approval from our administration before being undertaken. Violations of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Permitted with prior approval:

• Discussions of sensitive political topics.
• Discussions of controversial issues.
• Discussions related to unique habits of teachers.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans from Crooms Bell Schedule services:

• Failure to demonstrate basic kindness, respect, and consideration for others, regardless of their background.
• Advertising or promoting products/services without prior payment to the Crooms Bell Schedule administration. For custom advertising inquiries, please contact our administration lead, Andrew.
• Use of slurs or offensive language.
• Sharing explicit content or discussing personal sexual actions.
• Leaking government documents or other confidential materials.
• Providing instructions on how to create, obtain, or distribute illegal items.
• Engaging in spamming or attempting to disable or disrupt our services through methods such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

5. Admin Discernment Clause

While this Terms of Service document provides a comprehensive list of prohibited behaviors, moderators and administrators reserve the right to take action against content or behavior that may not be explicitly listed but is deemed harmful or disruptive. In such cases, administrators will remove the content or take appropriate disciplinary action as they see fit.

6. Consequences for Violating the Terms of Service

We take violations of these Terms seriously. The following actions will be taken for violations, with increasing severity depending on the nature of the offense:

• First Offense: You will receive a warning, unless the offense is severe enough to warrant immediate suspension. In severe cases, we may skip the warning and move directly to a second offense.
• Second Offense: You will face a temporary account suspension, typically lasting one day, though it may be extended depending on the violation's severity.
• Third Offense: A more extended suspension or termination of your account may occur. In cases of severe violations, system-wide bans or lockdowns may be implemented.

We also accept anonymous tips and reports of violations.

7. Discord Server Rules

Our Discord server provides an additional platform for communication within the Crooms Bell Schedule community. In addition to the above Terms, we require the following behavior within the server:

• Post content in the appropriate channels. While there are exceptions, each case will be reviewed individually.
• Keep serious discussions within the designated #serious-topics channel.
• Keep political discussions within the designated #politics channel.
• We reserve the right to utilize additional tools, such as an entry buffer channel and a warning channel, to ensure compliance with these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

Crooms Bell Schedule reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any updates to these Terms will be communicated, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
